MCU Sponsors Sustainability Studying Students at University of the Sunshine Coast
MCU is supporting the 'Education of Sustainability', through a 3 year commitment with the University of the Sunshine Coast.
The University of the Sunshine Coast is the leading university in Australia on educating sustainability and the centre for innovation, which increases teaching jobs and the influx of students and their money to the region.
The MCU sponsorship of the University is a 3 year commitment of $9,000 over 3 years as follows:
- Annual 'Dux Subject Award' of $500 (USC SUS101 Foundations of Sustainability); and
- Annual Student Bursary for $2,500 for a USC student studying a Bachelor Course, who nominates a sustainability stream of subjects.
